TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PODSUPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH AFFILIATE LINKS ON THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
